Active Planet: California prosectes "sham electronic waste recycler"
California has issued criminal charges against the owner and two managers of San Jose-based electronic waste recycler Tung Tai Group, after the company allegedly submitted USD1 million worth of “fraudulent and fictitious” reimbursement claims for more than 2 million pounds (weight) of electronic waste that they never recycled.
