HR: Migrant workers becoming less welcome
Many countries have claimed a need for and reliance on foreign workers. But if the recession is teaching one thing, it's that populations do not like large numbers of foreigners - even "invisible" foreigners - coming into their country. And governments are beginning to listen. What will this do to the labour pool?
